My kid and I just moved I here, it's quiet and very clean. The manager here is a no nonsense type of person which is perfect. The rooms are decent sized for the price. It's a lot better than it was when I lived here 14+years ago.
I give this place a good review because I have had no issues with management or anything else. Room is big and clean. They except dogs . And you really can't beat the price.
Husband and I spent a year at "The Court" while we apartment hunted. White Court was our refuge. Our room was freshly painted and clean. No bugs, no critters. Plenty of hot water, warm heat, washers are $1.25 and the dryer is FREE. Fran and Chip kept the property running smoothly and safely. (Funny, we kept addressing Chip as Chris, then realized it was because he reminded us of the Yul Brenner character in Magnificent Seven.) Pete in maintenance is knowledgeable and polite. Maintenance Brian (hope I spelled his name correctly) is the go-to guy. The place is mostly long-term tenants and though the neighborhood is not the best, we never witnessed any real disturbances. If your funds are tight, give the old "Court" a try.
Actually a really nice room. Without any issues, clean, new carpet and bathroom fixtures. Thoroughly impressed and it’s greatly appreciated to our motels for travels when they are kept up and looking good!
